We are excited to be partnering with Lucknow Health & Fitness Centre to offer yoga indoors over the winter months! Join us in their space Tuesday evenings and Thursday mornings for slow flow yoga. This practice is suitable for all bodies. We focus on movement paired with mindful breath.

Join us at Grassroots Farm in the summer months to enjoy yoga in the great outdoors!

In the summer months we are excited to welcome to you Grassroots Farm to enjoy your yoga practice outdoors! Feel the sun on your face and the grass between your toes as we move through a relaxing yoga practice on our lawn. In the event of inclement weather we will move our practice into our covered shed space! We have lots of space here at the farm so be sure to bring along a friend to enjoy the practice with you!
